  • On top of the automated system, we ran strategic 3-day sales campaigns to generate large, short-term cash injections from the existing list

  • List size at the time: roughly 35,000 subscribers
  • Offer: 25% off DryFireMags for 3 days
  • Execution: 3 simple emails, one per day, to their list

  • June revenue jumped by 162.96% compared to their usual June
  • The 3-day window produced well into six figures in sales (over $140,000), turning their slowest month into one of their best
  • This was done purely with email, using the audience they already had
