- On top of the automated system, we ran strategic 3-day sales campaigns to generate large, short-term cash injections from the existing list
The 3-Day “Slowest Month” Campaign
To prove the power of targeted promos, we ran a 3-day campaign in June 2025, historically their slowest month of the year.
- List size at the time: roughly 35,000 subscribers
- Offer: 25% off DryFireMags for 3 days
- Execution: 3 simple emails, one per day, to their list
Results:
- June revenue jumped by 162.96% compared to their usual June
- The 3-day window produced well into six figures in sales (over $140,000), turning their slowest month into one of their best
- This was done purely with email, using the audience they already had
